Randy Fine is one of the world’s foremost experts in customer relationship marketing and gaming strategy and execution. Prior to founding Fine Point, he served as both Vice President of Total Rewards and Product Marketing and Vice President of Slots and Total Rewards Operations at Harrah’s Entertainment, the world’s largest gaming company. He is the sole inventor named in pending U.S. Patent Application 10/462,018 which secures the intellectual property behind the current version of the gaming industry’s leading loyalty program, and was responsible for more than 40,000 slot machines that drove $4 billion in annual revenues. Randy left Harrah’s to join Carl Icahn’s casino company, where in less than 18 months he dramatically increased revenues – while decreasing marketing expenses – at all four of Icahn’s casinos, and helped position those properties for sale at a $1 billion profit to Goldman Sachs. Since founding FPG in 2005, Randy has grown FPG from a one-man shop to a team of senior-level consultants, plus support staff, serving more than 100 properties around the world. Before entering the gaming industry, Randy worked at McKinsey & Company, Lehman Brothers, and for the U.S. House of Representatives, and taught Economics at Harvard College. He holds both his undergraduate degree magna cum laude, and his MBA degree, with high honors, from Harvard University.
