Chris Colwell

• SVP, Gaming Operations Practice

Chris Colwell has more than 10 years of gaming operations experience – on both sides of the operations table, supplier and operator. An undergraduate at Duke University, a Nuclear Engineer for the U.S. Navy, and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg Business School, Chris joined Harrah's as a President's Associate and worked his way up to Director of Gaming Operations at a large Midwest property. He left Harrah's to jump to the other side of the table - the supplier side - and held a variety of Vice President level sales and operating roles at Bally Technologies. He left Bally to return to the operations side, helping lead a development project for Station Casinos in the locals market, which he left to join The Fine Point Group. Chris served as the General Manager of Greektown Casino as part of FPG’s management contract, where he increased EBITDA $25M while after tax casino revenues went up $15M.
