The Fine Point Group’s charter is to be the company that leading executives call when they are searching for the best tools to extract maximum value from their existing customers. Whether in hospitality or health care, our firm has designed some of the largest and best known loyalty programs that exist today, and developed several leading direct mail strategies.
Since our founding in 2005, we have worked with more than three dozen companies in the United States, Canada, the Caribbean, the United Kingdom, Eastern Europe, and Asia. As a firm not of professional consultants but former operating executives, we have differentiated ourselves in the marketplace through our unique commitment to management implementation on every project we undertake. While we believe the strategies we conceive are world-class and cutting-edge; we think that a strategy is worthless without a passion for managing the thousands of details necessary to turn an idea into action. Our goal – which we have delivered on 100% of our projects since our founding – is to conduct every activity on time, on budget, and on message.
